Hint 1
Study the identification photograph and separate pieces with matching notch patterns.
Hint 2
Look for the key piece: it is often the only piece that can move slightly when the puzzle is complete.
Hint 3
Keep the metal pieces in the same orientation and follow one opening at a time rather than pulling.
How to use the preserved instructions
Lay the pieces out in the same orientation as the component key. Work through the numbered stages in order and keep the assembly loose until the final locking movement.
