Delivery Policy.
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days.
Customers will receive an email confirming the dispatch date and method.
We send most items by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Large or expensive items are sent by UPS Courier with enhanced insurance.
International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or UPS Courier.
UK delivery 1 to 3 working days.
Europe delivery 3 to 5 working days.
Worldwide delivery 7 to 10 working days.
Refund | Return | Cancellation Policy
We hope all are customers are happy with their orders, if however you need to return or cancel your order, please follow the advice below.
It is advisable if you are considering returning an item to contact us by email or telephone.
If you return an item please include your name, address and telephone number and your reason for the return.
All refunds will be issued to the customers debit or credit card. We aim to process all returns within two working days of receipt.
Returns
If you have ordered something from our website in error or its just not quite what you wanted. Return the item in good condition within 14 days. We will refund the purchase cost minus any postage we have incurred.
Damage
If you receive an item damaged, please return the item within 21 days. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Transaction can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. After this timeframe please refer to the “returns” advice.
